A police sergeant inadvertently shoots an African-American teenager
and is targeted by both Black Lives Matter proponents and the Neo-Nazi
cell he infiltrates.

The District Attorney's granddaughter is kidnapped by a cyber-expert
whose autistic son is charged with murder. The kidnapper threatens to
sell the girl on the "dark web" to force the DA to drop the charges.
